Terms & Conditions
The Studio apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably and is self catering.
The 1 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and is self catering.
Prices quoted are for the whole chalet for one week Sunday to Sunday.
Prices do not include flights, transfers, travel insurance or any other associated costs of your holiday.
The Apartment will be booked to you on receipt of the full payment including the security deposit (see below).
In addition to the prices quoted a security deposit of €200 will payable in cash upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your holiday. Money will be deducted from this if there is damage to the apartment or breakages.
Cleaning: The apartment should be left in a clean state with all linen removed from the beds. Cleaning products are supplied to you so you won't have to purchase these. If the apartment needs more than average cleaning then this cost will be paid for by you out of the security deposit.
Tourist Tax is included in the cost.
Bed linen and Towels: These are included within the cost of your payment. Please let us know how many people will be staying in the apartment so we can make sure the linen is available upon arrival.
We will meet you in the resort on arrival and show you around the apartment and how everything works (heating system, kitchen utilities etc).
Departing the apartment will normally be before10a.m.on Sunday morning unless otherwise arranged.
